Within 10 minutes there are supermarkets and spread throughout the countryside there are a number of restaurants and agriturismi .Interesting places like Fermo, Monti Sibillini National Park and the beaches of Porto San Giorgio are less than 30 minutes driving.On the ground floor there is a large open plan area with fire place which is ideal for dinner parties, a fully fitted modern kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor and mezzanine contain 4+1 bedroooms (3 bedrooms in the first floor and 2 interconnecting rooms in the mezzanine) and 2 shower rooms as well as a further kitchen/drawing room and a small laundry room. .In the ample garden, which has magnificent views of the hills and mountains beyond, there is a particulalry large and beautiful pool (15m x 8m), a large patio, a gazebo for dining “al fresco” and a brick annex which houses a pizza oven and a BBQ.
