Villa Upupa is in an ideal spot for those who want to truly appreciate the beaches and the restaurants of Porto San Giorgio (3 km), the rolling hills and the medieval towns of Le Marche.
It is also within easy reach of the National Park of Sibillini Mountains, the beach of Riviera del Conero and the towns of Fermo and Ascoli Piceno. Proprety access is via gates and the centre-piece are the swimming pool and the fabulous fenced garden. All rooms have generous light and space and this, combined with confortable furnishings and a high standard of fixtures and fittings, creates a warm welcome. This charming and enchanting villa is ideal for a large party of friends or two families holidaying together. Either way, the sheer quality of this house will delight all guests who holiday here. All rooms have windows with mosquito nets. Swimming pool is open from 8 of may till 30 of September. For customers stayng in the villa for two or three weeks, cleaning after one week is mandatory and the cost is indicated as midweek cleaning. Extra costs are payable at location: Final cleaning 150,00 euro - Midweek cleaning 60,00 euro.
